Each listing runs for the full year - your business is on the homeowner's card the entire 2026 calendar year.
At the Gold level, yes - only one Gold listing per category. Bronze and Silver are limited to a small number of spots per category for readability.
Yes. We provide USPS mailing documentation and behind-the-scenes photos/videos as the directory goes out.
If a given category's Gold exclusive is sold, then that particular category is sold out. You can join the waitlist for 2027, sign up for an online listing only, or lock in a Gold exclusive listing on one of the directories mailing to other neighborhoods in 2027.
We invoice electronically via Stripe, there are options available for those interested in breaking their purchase into payments.
